Questions studios ask us
What if the scan is damaged or incomplete?
We fix it. Hair, fingers, veils, glasses, pet fur, props: whatever the scan lost, our artists sculpt back by hand so the figurine looks like the person, not like the scan. If a scan is too damaged for standard cleanup, we tell you before we start and suggest how we can still bring it to life. You approve the approach and the price first.
Can you customize the figurine?
Yes, almost anything your customer asks for. We add bases with names or dates, your studio logo or a QR code. One scan can become a figurine, an ornament or a cake topper, in as many sizes as you need. We can even change the pose, swap or fix clothing, or make other edits on request.
Can you help us get better scans?
Yes, for free. Rig setup, lighting, photo sets, why a scan failed: ask us anything. Better scans mean faster turnaround and fewer surprises for you.
How do you keep customer files private?
Every artist on our team signs an NDA. Your files stay on our secure storage, are seen only by the people working on your order, and are deleted 60 days after delivery. We never show your customers’ scans anywhere without your written permission.
Can you handle our busy season?
Yes. With capacity for 1,000+ scans a month, holiday and wedding peaks don't create a backlog. Let your manager know about big events in advance.
Do you take rush orders?
Yes. Need it fast? We can deliver in 24 hours for a small surcharge.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions per model, requested within 7 days of delivery. Changes after that are charged separately.
